Founded in 1842, Finca Medina is located in the Antigua region and is the most famous producing area in Guatemala. The high-quality coffee beans are certified by the Rainforest Alliance, with aromas of black caramel, caramel, toasted walnuts, and the finish highlights the flavor of hazelnut syrup. Surrounded by the three volcanoes of Acatenango, Fuego, and Agua, the volcanic soil, altitude, and unique climate make the region famous for producing the world's best coffee.
Medina Manor covers an area of 74 hectares, with 322 shade trees per hectare, creating high-quality growth conditions; and introducing drip irrigation systems and high-tech equipment to maximize the benefits of irrigation and fertilization using scientific methods.
