The red cherry fruits harvested by about 600 small coffee farmers near the village of Pompeii are sent directly to his processing plant, and the coffee red fruit cherries are processed through his professional standardized procedures. The scaffolding is laid with bamboo fence and a layer of mesh plastic mattress on the upper layer, which has better ventilation. In recent years, a mesh shade canvas net has been added above the scaffolding to make the air-drying process slow and gentle, which can make the unique floral and ripe fruity aroma of green coffee beans more outstanding and charming.
