Santuario Sul is located in the Minas Gerais producing area in southeastern Brazil. This place has a long history of coffee planting and is also an important coffee production center in Brazil. In recent years, it has emerged from the COE bidding, ranking ninth in COE in 2018 and fourth in COE in 2019.

In 1967, the father of the manor Luiz Paulo bought the Sanctuary Manor. After eight years, he gradually expanded the farmland of the manor, bought the first peeling machine, and learned the coffee processing method. Everything started from scratch to the road of specialty coffee. Luiz Paulo successively The introduction of various types of coffee, combined with sun drying and anaerobic sun drying methods, experiment batches again and again, so far, there are more than 30 varieties planted in the manor, including Starmaya, SL28, Sudan Rume, Etiosar...etc. Hope to push the coffee quality to the peak, and the COE rankings in recent years also prove that they have done it!
